Hi, I’m Kiah Brunz, and I’m proud to welcome you to Robert’s Property Care, my family-inspired concrete replacement and landscaping company here in Sioux Falls since 2021. Named in honor of my late grandpa (and my middle name), Robert—a true giver who raised 13 kids in this very community—this business carries his legacy of servant-leadership: the value of truly caring for people and always doing what’s right, principles that guide my work.

At a young age, I began with a passion for landscaping, lawn care and working with my hands. At 7 years old, I’d beg to work on the yard and jump at any chance to help with projects—painting my grandparents’ home, fixing things, or helping friends and family. That early passion grew into more than just a love for hard work; it shaped my commitment to serve people with integrity, excellence and care in every task I do.

What started as my personal mission quickly grew into something bigger. Robert’s Property Care has expanded into a team made up of my brothers and most trusted people—people I’ve chosen not only for their skills and talents but for their character and values. Together, we share a dedication to honesty, diligence, and creating a stress-free experience for our clients. Every member of our team carries forward the legacy of servant-leadership and the belief that relationships matter just as much as results.
